The Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity, in partnership with Terrazas de Punta Fuego Village Homeowner’s Association, held a Health and Medical Mission in Barangay Utod, Nasugbu, Batangas last October 8, 2022. Many thanks to Brod Franco Macaspac, MD MΣΦ 2017, Brod John De Castro, MD MΣΦ 2019, and Brod Justin Malubay, MD MΣΦ 2021 for accompanying and teaching the undergraduate Brods throughout this mission.
Community residents and members of the Terrazas de Punta Fuego Village Homeowner’s Association also attended a health education lecture given by Brod Ares Langcato, PTRP MΣΦ 2025 and Brod John Ferman Gonzales, RPh MΣΦ 2026. The seminar discussed the importance of physical fitness as well as the different types of exercises that one can perform even at home. Additionally, the seminar also touched on the general safety, responsible use, and adherence of medicine and drug use in the community.
