Last November 13, 2022, the Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity and Sorority held one of its series of blood drives, Lukso ng Dugo, at the 1st Floor of Calderon Hall, UP College of Medicine, Ermita, Manila.
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought to light the critical shortage of blood units available for transfusion in the PGH Blood Bank. We recognize that blood donations serve as an important avenue in raising awareness of this ever-present demand, and as a necessity to address this scarcity.
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to our volunteer blood donors, the PGH Blood Bank, Mu Sigma Phi Brods and Sisses, and our partners, Manila Police District, Barangay 670, Barangay 667, ASMPH External Affairs Council, and MMC College of Medicine Student Council for your utmost support in this endeavor.
