The Quisumbing – Escandor Film Festival for Health (QEFF), winner of The Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) Award, is a nationwide film-making competition and film caravan for health. Since 2008, the films have been used by senators, policy makers, teachers, and advocates to raise the dialogue of important health issues. We are able to bring forth important health issues to the community level, where we are able to spark discussion and translate these to action.

On its third installment, QEFF tackles a very important yet often neglected health issue: mental health. With the theme, “Tagu-taguan, maliwanag ang buwan,” it aims to gather documentaries and short films that highlight the humanity of mental illness through its social, cultural, and personal dimensions.

Only the Finalists will be shown in Cinematheque Centre Manila.
