UP Medical Alumni Society in America (UPMASA) President Dr. Eusebio Kho ΜΣΦ 1960 was unanimously chosen as among the Twenty Outstanding Filipinos Abroad (TOFA) for 2008.

Seb is a retired coronel, and a general practitioner, currently based in Scottsburg, Indiana. In 2007, He was awarded the title Humanitarian of the Year by the Philippine Economic and Cultural Endowment (PEACE). Kho has been active with PEACE in providing artesian wells in the Philippines to supply Filipinos with safe drinking water. Brod Seb, as President of the UPMASA, has mobilized the alumni abroad in procuring funds for the development of our alma mater, and creating more financial and academic opportunites for the students of the College of Medicine.Dr. Kho is set to receive the TOFA award on September, 2008. On behalf of the resident Brods, we would like to congratulate Brod Seb Kho for his historic achievement. He has exemplified that a Mu can take upon noble endeavors, may it be near or afar, and unselfishly dedicate ourselves to improve the lives of the underserved. All for the Glory!
