The "Amputee Climb", the latest installment to the series of Mubility projects geared towards uplifting the welfare of the differently-abled Filipinos started by the Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity in 2007, was featured on the People and Events Section of the Philippine Star last December 10, 2009.
A collaborative effort with pinoymountaineer.com, Physicians for Peace, the PGH Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, and Smart, the "Amputee Climb" aims not only to promote awareness of the unlimited capabilities of the differently-abled, but to motivate them to take on the great opportunities that lie ahead of them.
