PGH Director Dr. Rolando Enrique D. Domingo, Mu Sigma Phi Batch '93, is UPMASA Best Teacher for LU 5
UNPARALLELED. Dr. Domingo (center) brings more prestige to the position of PGH Director.

Philippine General Hospital Director Dr. Rolando Enrique Domingo ΜΣΦ 1993 received the University of the Philippines Medical Alumni Society in America (UPMASA) award for Best Teacher in Learning Unit V at the annual recognition rites of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine.

Brod Eric was given the award in recognition of his exemplary performance as a consultant instructor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. In addition to his duties as Director, Brod Eric serves as preceptor and lecturer for the integrated clinical clerks at UP-PGH.

The UPMASA Best Teacher Award is given to the faculty member voted by the students of each year level as the most outstanding instructor.

My first encounter with Brod Eric was when we were neophytes. Batch 2011 will perpetually remember how he was so "welcoming" during the "summer" of 2007, and for that, I am forever grateful to the Direk Eric. One should see how he becomes very academic (together with Brod Rainier '97) during the Ophtha Department conferences. AFTG Brod Eric. Congrats!
