25 February 2011 - The 25^th Anniversary of the People Power Revolution at EDSA, a celebration of the courage and resilience of the Filipino, was made more meaningful for the Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity as it joined its dedicated Service partner Gawad Kalinga (GK) in a show of nationalism and solidarity with the country.

Through an information and awareness campaign collaborated directly with Malacañang, more than 1,000 GK volunteers from the various Metro Manila colleges and universities manned the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) stations along EDSA. To highlight the occasion, GK volunteers put on an upbeat dance presentation to the tune of Lakas ng Pagbabago, EDSA 25's musical theme. The pleasantly surprised commuting public were reminded of the sacrifice of the millions of Filipinos who stood up for democracy and positive moral change that the EDSA revolution symbolized.

Representing Mu Sigma Phi and UP Manila for the event were Bearer of the Staff Daniel Dellosa ΜΣΦ 2013 and UP Manila's coordinator for GK Chuck Ecarma ΜΣΦ 2013, as well as neophytes Martin Babaran, Kim Banzuela, Juhani Capeding, Julian Huibonhoa, Johnnel Pahila, and Mark Romero.

The Fraternity proudly continues to link up with GK in the call for unity and cooperation towards progress and development for the country.
