To be dedicated to self-denying service, to work for the well-being of others without hoping for returns; to hone in scholarship, and strive for no less than the best in whatever endeavor pursued; to thrust into leadership, and to challenge while others blindly accept; to dream while others are complacent, to do while others are still caught dreaming; to rest in a brotherhood and sisterhood that will never let you down: equal, unbiased, unprejudiced; to live on the edge. To be all this, and yet so much more, this is how to be a Mu. And as everyone bears witness to our continual re-affirmation of our commitment to Brotherhood and Sisterhood, Leadership, Scholarship, and Service, the Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity and Sorority celebrated Mu Week 2011 last August 13 to 19, 2011. First held in 1965 and going strong for 46 years, the Mu Week is our humble tribute to our respective Four Pillars. August 13, 2011
