Quisumbing-Escandor Film Festival (QEFF) for Health segment on
ABS-CBN Channel 2's Salamat Dok (Featuring Director Gil Portes; Former
DOH Secretary Dr. Alberto Romualdez, Jr. ΜΣΦ 1965; PGH Spokesperson Dr.
Michael Tee ΜΣΦ 1998, and Most Exalted Brother Naegele Mandal ΜΣΦ 2008.
The QEFF was organized by the Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity on the occasion
of its 75th anniversary and for the Centennial Celebration of the
University of the Philippines. AFTG of the ΜΣΦ!
