Dr. Ces Espiritu ΜΣΦ 1982, Director of the American Eye Center, Philippines, Past Most Exalted Brother (1982) is the First Filipino to perform live cataract surgery at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Convention, held last April 5, 2008.
