MALATE, Manila – June 12, Thursday, the Mu Sigma Phi welcomed the new school year with a successful back-to-school foam party dubbed “Full Throttle” at the Fluid Lounge bar along Ma. Orosa. Members from the undergrad classes, including the freshman class, reveled as another challenging school year awaits.
Food and drinks were served at the early part of the evening. Kalvin Adala and Jan Quijano of Batch 2012 hosted the event while the Mu Band, Jack’s Calling, Sando and Pards provided the entertainment. Some members of class 2013 had the chance to get to know their classmates very closely in a game of funnybones. Prizes were raffled all throughout the night until the real party kicked off.
Curiosity filled the Fluid bar as brods set up the foam area; then as soon as foam started falling from above to fill the dance floor, curiosity turned into excitement. The alluring bubbles and stirring atmosphere pushed everyone into dancing and partying amid the sea of foam that covered more than half of one’s body.
The organizers wish to thank all who came, especially Class 2013 for participating in this event and making it a success. Expect that this will not be the last from Mu Sigma Phi. AFTG!
